Care Instructions
- Dry clean is recommended for embroidered, festive and winter suits, to keep the fabric and embroidery looking new.
- If washing at home, hand wash gently in cold water with a mild detergent. Do not wring or twist.
- Wash dark and bright colors separately, as colors may bleed in the first wash.
- Do not soak for long periods or use bleach.
- Dry in the shade, away from direct sunlight, to prevent fading.
- Iron on low to medium heat on the reverse side. Do not iron directly over embroidery.
- Store folded in a cool, dry place. Keep heavily embroidered pieces wrapped in a soft cloth.

Eligible items must be:
- Unused, unwashed and unaltered
- In original packaging with all tags and labels intact
Damaged, defective or wrong item?
Message us on WhatsApp at 0323-7113681 within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or a short video of the product and packaging. We’ll guide you through the return, exchange or refund.
Not returnable:
- Stitched or altered suits (made to your measurements). If there is a stitching defect or a measurement mistake, contact us and we’ll work to resolve it.
- Items returned after 7 days, or worn, washed or damaged items
- Items without original packaging or tags
Refunds: Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, or as agreed with our team, once we have inspected the item.
